  • Monday - Thursday: Pickup ~11 AM | Drop-off ~5:30 PM

  • Friday - Sunday: Pickup ~10 AM | Drop-off ~4:45 PM

👥 Group Sizes:

  • Groups of 10+ → Private tour with custom pickup location anywhere in Treasure Valley

  • Groups of 9 or less → Shared experience with other wine enthusiasts

    • Choose from one of our three designated pickup locations (see below)

  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter #1: Up to 14 passengers

  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter #2: Up to 11 passengers

  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter #3: Up to 11 passengers

🍽 Optional Add-On:

  • Individual Charcuterie Tray: +$17 per person

    • Includes gourmet cheeses, meats, fruit, nuts, jam, olives, crackers, chocolate, etc.

    • Vegetarian option available (hummus instead of meat)

    • Gluten-free option available upon request

Pickup Locations

🚐 Public Groups of 9 or fewer: Choose from one of these designated pickup locations:

1️⃣ Boise – 10:00am Downtown (320 N Sixth St.)

Paid public parking lot (kitty-corner from the Capitol)
Free street parking available on weekends

2️⃣ Meridian – 10:15am The Village at Meridian (1660 N Eagle Rd.)

Parking lot at Mountain West Bank (corner of Eagle Rd. & Fairview Ave.)

3️⃣ Caldwell – 10:40am Downtown (120 S Kimball Ave.)

Loading zone behind the Main Stage at Indian Creek Plaza (near Flying M Coffee)

🚐 Groups of 10+ (Private Tours):

  • You choose the pickup location!

  • We can pick up anywhere in Treasure Valley (home, hotel, office, etc.)

⚠️ Late Arrivals: If you are more than 5 minutes late, the tour will depart without you. Uber/Lyft/taxi costs to catch up with the group will not be refunded.

🚐 We offer a fleet of five vehicles, ensuring a comfortable ride for every group:

✨ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van – Seats up to 14 guests
✨ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van – Seats up to 11 guests
✨ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van – Seats up to 11 guests
✨ Ford Transit Passenger Van – Seats up to 14 guests
✨ Shuttle Bus – Seats up to 14 guests

  • We require a minimum of 10 guests for a private tour.

  • For XL groups of 15+ passengers, please email us at info@snakeriverwinetours.com

  • Using all 5 vehicles, we can host a maximum group of 64 guests.

    In certain situations, we may use a motor coach bus. Contact us for details.

Additional Information

🥂 Social Experience:

  • If you book a shared tour, you’ll enjoy the experience with other wine enthusiasts!

  • We love having fun, but we are not a "party bus" – outside alcohol is not permitted in the vehicle.

🍽 Food Options:

  • You can bring your own lunch or picnic to enjoy at a winery.

  • Most wineries do not serve food, but most allow outside snacks—we encourage eating throughout the day!

📅 Scheduling & Winery Selection:

  • We visit four wineries per tour, spending about one hour at each.

  • Winery selection is based on availability—we accept requests, but specific stops are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply for certain wineries.

💸 Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • All ticket sales are final—we do not offer refunds.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to someone else.

💰 Tipping:

  • Tips are greatly appreciated! You can tip in cash or Venmo @snakeriverwinetours or your driver directly.

🎁 Gift Cards:

  • If you received a gift card prior to March 1, 2022, let us know during booking, and we’ll apply it manually to the updated packages.
